Lightspeed is seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Global Revenue Operation Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing operational data to drive business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business problems into structured quantitative problems and develop clear, insightful reports.
  • Collaborate with functional departments to derive business recommendations and present findings through compelling data stories and visualizations.
  • Ensure data integrity and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Design accurate and relevant Go-to-market datasets, reports, dashboards, and analyses for operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects, such as assessing new business activities or process changes.
Requirements:
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
  • Knowledge of Looker or other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience driving cross-functional outcomes with diverse stakeholders.
  • Distinctive analytical skills and passion for data with the ability to conduct data-driven analysis.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
