Job Title: Sales Customer Service Assistant

At BRIGHTER STAFFING AGENCY, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and prospecting activities.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and gather industry insights.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Assist the customer service team by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in our database.
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for the sales and customer service teams.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and customer service strategies.
  • Prepare and share reports on sales and customer service performance with management.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and organization.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met promptly and thoroughly.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset).
  • 12 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proactive, motivated, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
