We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at Le Manoir Richelieu Limité, a leading hospitality provider. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Visual Display Creation: Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays that enhance the guest experience.
- Bar Operations Management: Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring efficient service and high-quality beverages.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer system, to maintain a high level of hygiene and quality.
- Wine and Beverage Recommendations: Advise guests on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink options to enhance their experience.
- Cash Handling and Transactions: Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Beverage Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer, to meet the needs of our guests.
- Order Taking and Communication: Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring clear communication and efficient service.
