Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Close To Home Grocery & Deli. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Operations: Manage store operations, including scheduling, ordering merchandise, and authorizing returns.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, with a focus on supervision and customer service.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
