Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, and test scalable distributed systems that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain high-quality Python code for our backend systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  3. Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure systems that meet business needs.
  4. Work closely with our data team to ensure seamless data integration and analysis.
  5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
  2. 4+ years of server-side expertise in Python.
  3. 2+ years of experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
  4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  5. Quick learner with a positive attitude and empathy.
  6. Experience in product-driven and data-driven development.
  7. Proven experience in designing, developing, and testing scalable distributed systems.
  8. Advantage - experience with cloud services like AWS, Heroku, GCP, or Azure.
