Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Stonewater Group of Franchises Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the performance of our restaurant operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor Staff Performance: Supervise and evaluate the performance of our restaurant staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Attract, select, and train high-quality staff to join our team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of inventory and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational performance to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing regular reports to management.
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in a restaurant operations management role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
