Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor - Electrical/Electronics to join our team at Stromcore Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electronics equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical and electronics technicians
    • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
    • Train and develop team members to improve productivity and product quality
  • Technical Expertise
    • Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronics equipment
    • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
    • Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Prepare and submit reports to management
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College/CEGEP diploma in Electrical/Electronics Technology or equivalent
    • 1-2 years of experience in electrical and electronics installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronics systems
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
