Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic and attentive Host to provide exceptional guest experiences at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a key member of our front door team, you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless guest flow and optimize seating arrangements to maximize restaurant capacity.
  • Engage with guests entering and exiting the building, providing personalized assistance and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Answer phone inquiries and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Be a proactive problem solver and supportive team player, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to remain physically active and engaged throughout your shift.
  • Previous service experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Capacity to lift items up to 30lbs.
