About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dentist to join our team at Dr. Benny Dental office. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments for patients, identifying any potential issues and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Diagnose dental conditions and provide expert advice on the best course of treatment, working closely with patients to ensure their understanding and comfort.
- Perform a range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns, utilizing advanced dental technologies to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Dentrix software, adhering to medical terminology standards and ensuring seamless communication with colleagues.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and preventive care, empowering them to take control of their oral health.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide exceptional patient care, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using Dentrix software for managing patient records and scheduling.
- Familiarity with CAD technology for designing dental restorations.
- Experience or knowledge in Pediatrics dentistry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental office environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff, building strong relationships and trust.
