Brandt is seeking a highly motivated Senior Architect to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our architectural consulting team, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary design team to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating projects and project teams with minimal supervision from project initiation through design development, construction document preparation, and contract administration.
• Managing internal client relationships and team communication.
• Responsible for mentoring junior staff, coordinating with other disciplines, and reviewing drawings for quality and consistency.
• Collaborating well with project teams through all design stages, offering well-thought-out and creative solutions to design challenges.

Requirements:

• 8 years of post-registration experience in the production of contract and detailed design documents, specifications, and leading the contract administration of multiple projects.
• Understanding of the design and coordination of detailed envelope solutions to meet all regulatory requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of the building code is essential.
• Possess excellent communication skills in English.
• Working knowledge in French is considered an asset.
• Working knowledge in REVIT is a must, knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion, and Photoshop will be an asset.
