  • Being reliable for all assigned shifts.
  • Ensuring exceptional and courteous service is provided consistently.
  • Familiarizing yourself with and adhering to the Federated Co-operatives Limited Policies and Procedures.
  • Performing additional tasks as required.

  • The ability to lift weights up to 100 lbs.
  • A readiness to take on greater responsibilities.
