Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Walnut Beach Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, and coordinate the ordering of new materials as needed.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure the efficient management of housekeeping resources.
  • Guest Services: Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, and that guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and comply with local health and sanitation regulations, and that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role is required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
