**Internal Control and Compliance:**

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize financial operations and review accounting processes.
  • Review financial files to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to resolve complex financial issues.

**Financial Analysis and Reporting:**

  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Compile and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

**Supervision and Training:**

  • Supervise and train accounting staff, including interns and junior accountants.

**Practical Experience:**

  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of financial software, including accounting systems and financial analysis tools.

**Qualifications:**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
  • Years of experience: 10 years and more.

**Language Requirements:**

This role requires proficiency in both French and English, both in written and oral communication, to interact with clients on a national scale.
