About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Water Practice in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of various projects, managing client relationships, and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Water Practice Business Development group in expanding our market share in Ontario.
  • Work directly with senior engineers and technical teams to lead project execution.
  • Manage projects, ensuring direct communication with clients, subconsultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed GHD's internal and external client quality objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering (P. Eng) license with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation considered an asset.
  • 10-15 years post-graduate experience, with a minimum of 10 years in water/sewer and multi-discipline projects.
  • Proven track record in business development, project capture planning, and proposal writing.
  • Proven experience in technical and business leadership and management of linear infrastructure engineering and water projects and project teams through both design and construction phases.
