Job Summary: We're seeking a talented and experienced Hairstylist to join our team at our Woodgrove retail salon. As a Hairstylist at Chatters, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, create stunning looks, and develop your skills through ongoing education and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional hair services to clients, including cuts, colors, and styles that exceed their expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.
• Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the salon.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Hairstylist in a retail salon environment.
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
