Role Overview
Oversee the comprehensive design, production, and implementation of the entire seat component assembly process. Collaborate with equipment manufacturers to design automation layouts that meet all quality standards. Enhance operator efficiency in conjunction with the Industrial Engineering department. Coordinate with Logistics regarding material flow and management.Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Demonstrated experience in the automotive seat manufacturing sector (notable manufacturers). In-depth knowledge and technical proficiency in the assembly processes and machinery utilized in seat production. Strong foundation in process optimization, production management, and quality assurance within a manufacturing context. Proven capability to lead and mentor teams, cultivating a proactive and efficient work atmosphere. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage intricate projects under stringent timelines.Additional Insights
