Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are clean and sanitized before use.
    • Clean and sanitize equipment, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation
    • Portion and wrap food items according to company standards.
    • Prepare and present food and beverages in a visually appealing manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure all guests are satisfied with their experience and provide opportunities for feedback.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
    • Stand for long periods, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and move quickly to respond to guest needs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or food service industry an asset.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client-focused and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, part-time position with a variable schedule of 30-35 hours per week. The work language is English.
