About the Role

As a Numerical Control and Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings from purchase orders or verbal instructions.
  • Operating machine-tools to manufacture parts, as well as computer numerical control (CNC) tools.
  • Operating high-tech digital and conventional equipment for the production of bus bars and sheet metal intended to be assembled inside electrical panels.

Requirements

  • Available to work the night shift.
  • Vocational studies diploma in machining techniques or tin/sheet metal working, required.
  • AVS in computer numerical control (CNC) machine-tool operation, an asset.
  • All other diplomas or related equivalency will be considered.
  • Experience using tools in a plant.
  • Methodical approach, speed of execution, and concern for quality.
  • Collaboration-oriented.
