Job Title: Floral Arrangements Designer

Luxe Florists & Funky Petals B is seeking a skilled Floral Arrangements Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create unique floral arrangements and bouquets using a variety of flowers, foliage, and decorative materials.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of floral design principles, techniques, and trends.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer preferences and create custom designs that meet their needs.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality designs and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and techniques to continuously improve our designs and services.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in floral design or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in floral design or a related field preferred.
