Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Director to oversee the security operations at our Cadillac Fairview location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our tenants, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement coaching skills to drive engagement and improve performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Lead Hands to discuss progress and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to implement new technologies and processes to enhance service and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including fire safety and building codes.
  • Supervise all aspects of security operations, including monitoring, reporting, and responding to incidents.
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Mediate internal staff conflicts and provide guidance and support to staff members.
  • Liaise with tenants and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide advice on security matters.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
  • Covid-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working in security or a related field
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
