Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular foot patrols and monitor CCTV cameras to detect and prevent potential security threats
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security incidents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless security operations and effective communication

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Prior experience and a valid security license are considered an asset, but not required
