We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Reitmans (Canada) Limited. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Implement merchandise strategies and visual merchandising standards to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and payroll
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and District Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
  • High school graduate or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
