About the Role

Nolinor Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ramp Agent to join our team. As a key member of our ground support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ground activities related to aircraft in operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the arrival and departure of flights, ensuring timely and efficient turnaround times.
  • Handle the loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and other aircraft equipment.
  • Provide ground guidance for aircraft, including towing and refueling.
  • Conduct de-icing of aircraft, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Escort passengers and crew on the ramp, providing a safe and secure environment.
  • Assist the maintenance team with aircraft preparation, ensuring all necessary checks are completed.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Available for day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license (Class 2, an asset).
  • Good physical condition, able to lift and move heavy equipment.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, to communicate with clients, passengers, and suppliers.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is an asset.
