Position Overview:

Salesboom Inc., a pioneering provider of on-demand CRM and ERP software solutions, is in search of a Marketing Manager who possesses a strong grasp of traditional marketing principles while also being adept at leveraging the latest digital marketing trends. With a robust presence in the market, serving over 3,000 clients across 140 countries, our brand is recognized as a leader in the on-demand CRM and ERP sector. We employ distinct sales models and marketing approaches tailored to both small to mid-sized enterprises and large corporations. Our objective is to consistently grow our client base and enhance our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Enhance brand visibility and recognition.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Design and execute regional and global marketing campaigns.
  • Establish lead generation targets in partnership with Corporate Sales.
  • Guide Corporate Sales on the effective use of marketing materials and tools.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and provide actionable feedback.
  • Analyze and report on sales campaign outcomes.
  • Utilize management reports to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee lead generation efforts for Corporate Sales.
  • Set lead generation targets that align with specific sales campaigns.
  • Implement initiatives to drive lead generation on both regional and global scales.
  • Provide leadership to the Lead Generation Specialist.
  • Track and assess lead generation targets.
  • Analyze and report on the results of lead generation campaigns.
  • Use management reports to guide future lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving results and employing best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to foster team collaboration.
  • Visionary thinking and enthusiasm are crucial for this leadership role.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience is required.
  • Knowledge of high-tech industries is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in negotiation.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Enjoys tackling challenges head-on.
