Position Overview:
The Head of Facilities Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for the facilities organization across the Americas, including the US, Canada, and Bermuda.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies, projects, policies, and procedures to enhance workplace service delivery, ensuring compliance with OSHA, Safety and Security, and Business Continuity Management standards.
2. Foster a customer-centric culture by actively monitoring customer satisfaction, collaborating with department heads and senior management to address customer needs effectively.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor workplace teams across all locations, ensuring the maintenance of consistent standards and practices. Promote a positive workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

Project Management:
Demonstrate accountability by driving large-scale projects to successful completion in collaboration with various stakeholders. Evaluate workplace operations and implement business guidelines, strategies, policies, and processes.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Facilities Management, to tackle workplace challenges and develop solutions that align with company policies.

Real Estate Management:
Proactively oversee real estate activities, tenant leasing, and property management for all leased spaces.

Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workplace management, integrating relevant innovations into company strategies.

Qualifications:
- Intermediate experience in a commercial environment or property portfolio management.
- Extensive knowledge of financial concepts, including management, tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in developing and implementing cost-efficiency programs is preferred.
- Proficient understanding of management agreements and contract language.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
