Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Child Care Worker Assistant to join our team at St. Albert Montessori School Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our child care centre, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathing, Diapering, and Feeding Infants and Toddlers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized daycare environment
  • Engaging children in activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Assisting early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs
  • Keeping accurate records and maintaining confidentiality
  • Preparing snacks and arranging rooms for meals and rest periods
  • Ensuring the health, security, and well-being of children
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Setting: Child care centre
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Child Abuse Registry check
