About the Role

GSDHALIWAL CONSTRUCTION INC is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated areas.
  • Structural Assembly: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work outdoors in various weather conditions, at heights, and in noisy and dusty environments. You will be required to work a standard 40-hour week, with the possibility of overtime as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
