Job Title: Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team at the Portuguese Cheese Company Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of 5-10 people in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety and quality management, with experience in dairy production and processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in dairy production and processing
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
