Responsibilities
  • Childcare and Education
    • Develop and implement engaging activities to promote cognitive, emotional, and social development in children
    • Establish a safe and nurturing environment that fosters a sense of security and trust
    • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, considering dietary needs and preferences
  • Household Management
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized living space
    • Manage household schedules, including meal times, nap times, and playtime
  • Health and Safety
    • Administer medication and provide basic first aid as needed
    • Monitor and report any changes in children's health or behavior
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and support
    • Collaborate with other household members to maintain a harmonious and efficient household
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
    • Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor
Working Conditions

This is a live-in position, requiring the caregiver to reside in our household. The caregiver will be expected to work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional flexibility to accommodate family needs.
