Job Title: SAP MES Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MES Project Manager to lead a critical project across various North American locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the project, coordinating cross-functional teams, and achieving project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations.
  2. Identify and engage key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Establish and maintain effective communication management plans to ensure seamless project coordination.
  4. Manage the overall project budget to ensure cost control and efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. At least 10 years of experience in ERP project delivery.
  2. Strong background in the manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in SAP and/or MES systems.
  3. Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure components and technical elements.
  4. Experience with multiple MES implementations and integration with ERP systems, including connections to machine PLCs.
  5. Ability to coordinate with a PLC engineer and work with the APICS team based in the US and at the APICS castle.
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Prince 2, Agile/Scrum).
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
