Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Membership & Network Engagement Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organization, while making a meaningful impact in the field of international cooperation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Membership Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and engagement with our community, including the creation of networking opportunities and collaborative partnerships.
  • Program Planning and Implementation: Design and deliver capacity-building events and programs to support the Inspiring Action for Global Citizenship project, including the coordination of annual International Development Week (IDW) Global Citizen Awards and other member-based events.
  • Member Services: Provide guidance and support to members, partners, and stakeholders, including the review of new membership applications and the maintenance of up-to-date member contact lists.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Ensure the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative evaluation data on all membership programs and events, and participate in staff meetings and program planning as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a relevant undergraduate degree plus 2-3 years of professional program design experience.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communications skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Suite and cloud-based applications, as well as experience with program planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Experience: Experience working with member-based organizations, government and non-governmental organizations, and international development issues or practical experience.
