About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Labourer to join our team at Weed Man. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cart and Spread Topsoil and Other Materials: Safely operate equipment to transport and spread topsoil and other materials as required.
  • Apply Fertilizers: Apply fertilizers and other chemicals to lawns and gardens as directed by management.
  • Write Daily Progress Reports: Record daily progress and note any issues or concerns.
  • Operate Equipment: Operate a variety of equipment including pick-up trucks, small engine equipment, and sprayers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Work Setting: Work in urban, rural, and various locations.
  • Transportation: Own transportation required, valid driver's license necessary.
