Vail Resorts is seeking highly skilled and certified ski and snowboard instructors to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a ski or snowboard instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with guests of all ages and abilities, providing personalized instruction and guidance to help them achieve their skiing or snowboarding goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels
  • Deliver world-class guest service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and resort staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and improve instructional skills
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets for lessons and other resort services

Requirements:

  • Minimum CSIA/CASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
