Water Superintendent Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Water Superintendent to join our team at a leading general contractor in Vancouver BC. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $180,000 and the opportunity to work on exciting water/wastewater projects in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct field operations to ensure project delivery within schedules, budgets, and safety guidelines
  • Effectively manage field employees by providing guidance and leadership
  • Develop and execute project work plans to keep projects on track and on budget
  • Provide senior-level presence in the field and mentor field staff
  • Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection
  • Collaborate with trade partners and consultants to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years' experience in civil and infrastructure construction
  • Experience in bridges, utilities, treatment plants, concrete work, and deep foundations
  • Construction related certificate, diploma, or degree
  • Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, and quality control
  • Proven track record of project success and team collaboration
