We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Educational Assistants on a casual supply list basis. As an Educational Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal needs of students, working collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with diverse needs, including those with special education requirements, English language learners, and students with behavioral challenges
  • Assist teachers with instructional tasks, such as preparing materials, supervising students, and providing feedback
  • Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, including supervising students during transitions and breaks
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
