Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness
  • Manage inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on stock movements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate shipping of products
  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems and processes
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Participate in process improvements and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a cold environment and maintain a safe and organized work environment
