Job Title: Intelligent Testing Expert

At Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Intelligent Testing Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement intelligent testing solutions to drive technology innovation and excellence in our test engineering system.
  • Stay at the forefront of research and breakthroughs in key algorithms and technologies for intelligent testing, and pioneer advancements in LLMs-assisted test design, script generation, test execution, and oracle judgment.
  • Lead the development of key testing technologies and algorithms that are industry-leading.
  • Collaborate with various industrial testing teams, universities, research organizations, and industry partners to build a strong ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • PhD in AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or relevant majors.
  • Strong background in AI technology and testing.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry-leading enterprise work experience or research experience in academia at well-known universities.
  • Good technical vision and industry influence, with a deep understanding of the current status and trends in academia and industry.
  • Good connections with academic and industrial conferences, forums, and other channels.
  • Strong independent thinking ability and teamwork spirit.
  • Experience in leading the practice of intelligent testing of large-scale software systems/cloud-based products or have published multiple influential papers related to intelligent testing in academia.
