Job Title: Beauty Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Supervisor to join our team at Stylash & Brow Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beauty shop, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality experience and are satisfied with our services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a beauty shop or aesthetic service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
