As a Plumber with Reliance Home Comfort, you will be an integral part of our team, providing top-notch residential plumbing services to our valued customers. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general residential plumbing services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of water and gas systems.
  • Represent Reliance Home Comfort in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner.
  • Diagnose problems, estimate repair costs, and provide value-added communication to customers.
  • Install, maintain, and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment used to distribute, supply, or dispose of water or wastewater.
  • Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines.
  • Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
  • Explain the value of Reliance Home Comfort's plumbing products, services, and programs on every call.
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.

What We're Looking For:

  • A growth mindset, with a focus on dependability, ambition, and a desire to grow with Reliance Home Comfort.
  • Red seal or journeyman License/Certified Plumber and Gas ticket – Mandatory.
  • 3+ years' experience in the Plumbing field.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Physical capability to perform all work required of this position.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding customer service with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
