About the Technical Architect Position

The Technical Architect will collaborate with the Technical Director to consult on the project vision, create actionable architecture, and lead a team to execute it.

This role involves designing and overseeing the architecture of solutions to meet client needs for e-commerce and website projects.

The Technical Architect will ensure technical requirements are met, manage the project backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and support the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing technical solutions that meet client needs
  • Collaborating with project managers to deliver solutions on time and within scope
  • Providing technical guidance and support to development teams
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Participating in the development of client projects to meet their technical, functional, and non-functional requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in back-end development, a strong grasp of web architectures, and excellent communication skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of web foundations and architectures in a.NET environment
  • Experience in content and technical architecture design
  • Experience developing B2B and/or B2C websites
  • Understanding of e-commerce/e-business concepts (catalogs, inventory, pricing, transactions, order management, membership)
  • Experience with system integrations, especially ERP, PIM, but also CRM, DAM, CDP
  • In-depth understanding of web application security best practices
  • Knowledge of React, VueJS, TypeScript is a plus
  • Experience with Azure DevOps technologies
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
