Position Overview

  • Food Preparation: Utilize both manual and electrical equipment to clean, peel, slice, and trim various food items.
  • Sanitation: Ensure that the kitchen area, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment, is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and properly store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other designated areas.
  • Waste Management: Regularly remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Knife Maintenance: Sharpen kitchen knives to ensure they are in optimal condition for food preparation.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish kitchen floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Vegetable and Fruit Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as required for menu items.
Qualifications
