Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Nottingham Tobacconist and Smoke Shop. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
