Metal Finishing Specialist

Ultra Painting Ltd is looking for a dedicated Metal Finishing Specialist. The successful candidate will possess expertise in operating various coating machinery, including electroplating and spray systems. Responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, managing inventory levels, and preparing metallizing mixtures. This position is structured as a full-time role with a standard 40-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Oversee and manage inventory supplies
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Operate electroplating, hot-dip plating, and spray application equipment
  • Prepare and apply decorative stencils and decals
  • Formulate metallizing solutions as per established guidelines
  • Monitor and operate automated metal coating machinery
  • Prepare items for protective or aesthetic coatings
  • Execute spray or coating processes on various items
Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of secondary education
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Willingness to work shifts as required
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Availability for full-time employment
