  • AI Transformation Culture: Participate in the dissemination and promotion of the AI transformation culture within the Bank.
About the Team

You will be part of a team of 20 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of the AI Factory. Our team stands out for its expertise in artificial intelligence, quality of delivery, customer experience delivery, creativity, and collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree: Master's or doctoral degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in AI System Development: 5 years or more of experience in the development and deployment of AI systems in a complex business context.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python programming languages, SQL, a large set of AI libraries, and at least one other programming language (e.g., Java).
  • Knowledge of AI Concepts and Techniques: In-depth knowledge of modeling and machine learning concepts and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
  • Experience with Large Language Models: Experience working on systems based on large language models.
