CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high volume payroll for 250+ employees, performing payroll reconciliations, and administering benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for a large number of employees
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Prepare T4's and ROE's
  • Process employee expenses, vacation accruals, bonuses, and leave of absence
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Payroll Specialist
  • Union experience is considered an asset
