The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Lead to join our Cloud & DevOps team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable enterprise-wide DevOps practices. You will be responsible for evangelizing DevOps adoption and maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge DevOps practices and tools across the organization.
  • Architect, build, and manage cloud infrastructure on Kubernetes using Terraform and GitOps principles.
  • Develop and implement reusable platform and reference implementations for CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE frameworks utilizing Github Actions, Ansible, Vault, Sonarqube, and other industry-leading tools.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to stakeholders on DevOps best practices, emerging trends, and collaborative platforms.
  • Leverage your expertise in Elastic Observability to architect, optimize, and manage the platform for enhanced monitoring and observability.
  • Analyze existing DevOps pipelines to identify areas for modernization, migration, and performance optimization.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation within the DevOps ecosystem.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience automating build, CI/CD processes, and implementing industry best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Terraform, CI servers (e.g., Github Actions), orchestrators, Vault, Consul, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Artifactory, and build tools (kubctl, Python, npm, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience working in a Linux environment. Familiarity with Windows platforms is an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
