We are seeking a Veterinarian to provide exceptional care for animals at Lakeshore Animal Clinic (1990) Ltd. This role involves diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health issues while ensuring a high standard of care.

- Hours: 16 to 35 hours per week
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in veterinary medicine or a related field.
Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a veterinary clinic, where you will collaborate with a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough examinations to diagnose diseases or abnormalities in animals.
- Administer treatment to sick or injured animals, including medication and surgical procedures.
- Implement vaccination programs to prevent and manage diseases.
- Provide guidance to clients on animal care, including nutrition and behavior.
- Perform routine and emergency examinations, as well as post-mortem assessments.
- Offer a variety of veterinary services, including obstetrics and dentistry.
- Oversee the work of animal health technologists and care staff.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
Licensing and CertificationApplicants must hold certification from the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association and be licensed by relevant provincial or territorial authorities.
