Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Suds Up Carwash on Waves. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment by following all safety protocols and reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and be physically demanding. Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and values and ethics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train. Temporary position, 40 hours per week. English language required.
