We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect (Healthcare) to join our dynamic team at B+H Architects. As a key member of our healthcare practice, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of large-scale healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technical design solutions for healthcare projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with building codes, energy codes, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in value analysis and cost estimating
- Assist in the preparation of specifications and building plans
- 15+ years of architectural project work experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in healthcare projects
- Master's degree in architecture
- Registered with a relevant professional architectural association (an asset)
- Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and others
- Familiarity with MEP and structural building systems
- Strong current knowledge of building codes
