Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at McDougall Acres Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a high level of awareness and adherence to food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure the quality of our products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of products and packaging to identify and report any defects or issues.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of equipment, including industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts, to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately record and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and organized.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Process and prepare shipments, including loading and unloading products, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
